This place is as crowded and noisy as it’s always been… It’s a city where the abnormal has become the norm. I’ve been managing to get by here, through some of the best and worst days of my life. Last year, when I parted with you, I didn’t think much of myself. I felt like my life was of no significance or meaning in this world. In my eyes, I was this powerless, naive runt who was a dime a dozen. Not much has changed since then… but every once in a while, I feel a little like I was wrong.
